Recording own choice of music?

   Hello all, I'm new here.  Does anyone know how to record one's own choice of music on Last Fm.  I am signed up with Last Fm and can choose an artist and LFM will play similar artists.  I can't figure out how to record this.
I can record any of the LFM stations in the LFM stations tab and Shoutcast so it all works.
Have looked through all the help but no luck so far.
Have tried Station Sniffer to record anything coming through IE but that does not get it.
Even so, this is  a great program, none the less!

	Glad you like the program :) I am guessing you are trying to record a specific artist or song? Right now, Last.fm doesn't allow exteranl apps to listen (or in this case, record) those specific artist stations. The Last.fm recording will only work on the more generic genre-based stations. -Greg

	Thanks for quick response, Greg. That explains it well. I did find, after I posted, that I could put in a URL of lastfm://artist/joe satriani/similarartists I could record. The artist similarity is quite broad, but sifting through what came down overnight there were quite a few gems! Is there a station that will allow recording of specific artists? 	With the Last.fm recorder, right now that's all you can do. The Sniffer should, in theory, work... it's on my list to look at :) Thanks, -Greg
