help with ripping podcasts

   I recently got this program (free version) and I have no idea what im doing hehe. Anyways, I have 2 links. One is a streaming audio one the other is a podcast.

Streaming audio one.
 "http://www.cyberage.cx/cgi-bin/cyberstream.cgi/cyberstream. pls?date=101506&file=mp3"

Podcast one
"http://www.theungodlyhour.com/10.20.06Show.m4a"

I put both of those links where you put the URL's. It says the genre is blues(which it's not) and it doesnt rip any songs!! Please tell me what I am doing wrong!
