Hi,
I've only recently used Station ripper (and quickly realized I had to register such an awesome tool). So I'd like to thank you for a truly groundbreaking piece of kit!! Anway, I have a suggestion to do with the filtering of already recorded songs. With some stations the songs can be nicely cut at the beginning, or cut with the first few seconds missing. With memory record on, the nipped songs still get added to the filter though. It would be really cool to be able to remove the songs with the missing beginning from the database, so that you could rip a complete version from another stream (or try the same stream when the song is repeated) Obviously, I thought about just removing the entry from the database, but I read somewhere in the documentation that you don't recommend direct editing of the database. If I read that correctly, then what about having an 'update songs' option where songs deleted from the database can be safely accepted by StationRipper. Thanks, Easy G |

O.K. I give up.
How should you remove a song from the list of songs that stationripper uses?

Go to MyMusic, and then delete the song. If you want StationRipper to "forget" the song, make sure the "Delete From DB" checkbox is checked. Only check Delete File if you want to delete the actual MP3. -Greg |
