   Copying anything for my own personal use should be perfectly legal provided I am not reselling
someone elses property. It how it used to be, it was simple
common-sense approach to copyright, and it is how it should be.

	so would downloading the songs for yourself and not distributing them for one's own personal entertainment considered illegal with this program? wouldn't it be the same for recording AM or FM broadcasts on a normal radio?
