V2.12 - Fix for SR_ERROR_NO_HTTP_HEADER

Changes:

MIGHT have fix for SR_ERROR_NO_HTTP_HEADER.
# of Podcasts and Shoutcasts limits not counted together for unregistered version.
# of Podcasts limit increased to 10 for unregistered version
Icons added to main recording window.
Cleanup of Podcast window (tried to make to clearer, and entire window now visible on lower res setups).
If you've had problems with the HTTP_HEADER error, please give this a try.  On the couple of stations that I tried there were getting it, it recorded with this new version.
