I've mentioned this to Greg like 5 times, but in looking at the HELP, it is still not clear how to modify the DETAIL CONTROL screen.</P><P>Greg - I beg of you to include more help on that HELP screen. You should include 1 or 2 examples on the cause and effect of each of the fields. It is very confusing and I've still had no luck in trying to rip just 1 long STREAM. This is a very important feature for many of us. If we can't rip 1 stream with your product, no doubt, some of us will go elsewhere for a product that can. There are many continuous loop type stations out there that we DON'T want broken up into pieces.</P><P>Thanks</P>]]>

I play 'any' ITUNES station. Drag &amp; Drop it into SR and receive an error on every station I attempt to have ripped. (It's a very lengthy error message - wish I could cut &amp; paste it into this REPLY msg.)</P><P>PS - the FIND RUNNING STREAM no longer appears to work.
