Sorry to piggy back on laguy03's thread, but is that all that is involved to record? Pause a stream?

Go to View->Options. Then browse to whatever folder is listed under work directory. Is it there? I just recorded a stream that lasted a little over an hour. I paused the stream once I was done recording. However, I accidently clicked "remove" and the stream was removed. How do I find this file? It hasn't been deleted right?
